TL;DR
Senior Strategic Account Executive (Martech): Managing and growing business with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in North America with an accent on AI, messaging, voice, and email solutions. Focus on executing long-range account plans, handling high-stakes negotiations, and orchestrating cross-functional engagements to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
Location: Remote (US). Not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC.
Salary: $158,632 – $220,320 + commissions and equity

What you will do
- Cultivate the continued growth of key use cases for strategic Martech ISV customers, particularly in messaging and email products.
- Lead analytical and consultative sales cycles to retain business and acquire new Martech ISV customers.
- Partner cross-functionally with services, product, and finance teams to develop and execute long-range account plans.
- Act as the primary voice of the customer for internal product, finance, and carrier relations teams.
- Manage critical escalations and design account support strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver strategic outcomes in high-stakes negotiations to ensure long-term mutual growth.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in major account or strategic sales managing quantitative, analytical products.
- Proven track record of managing business forecasts and financial models for 8-figure deals.
- Ability to influence technical leaders and build strong supportive partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a capacity to define processes and build programs.
- Must be based in the US (excluding restricted states mentioned in location).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in technical engineering disciplines, such as Sales Engineering or FDE.
- Deep experience working with telecom companies, SMS aggregators, or carriers.
- Domain expertise in advertising optimization, investment banking, security, or commodity trading.
- Experience with Software, SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS.
- Demonstrable fluency in using AI for personal efficiency or wide problem analysis.
