TL;DR

Account Executive (Commerce Enablement): Driving revenue growth by managing full-cycle sales processes for CPG brands with an accent on commerce enablement solutions and MikMak-powered technology. Focus on building pipeline through outbound prospecting, positioning shoppable experiences, and acting as a trusted advisor to improve media performance and conversion outcomes.

Location: Remote or Hybrid (US-based)

Salary: $160,000–$180,000/yr OTE

What you will do

  • Generate and close new business opportunities within the CPG ecosystem to meet annual revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting to final contract closure.
  • Position and demonstrate commerce enablement solutions, including shoppable links and store locators.
  • Educate brands on optimizing media spend, attribution, and conversion across digital and retail channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth deal handoffs and market feedback.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital commerce, ecommerce, ad tech, or retail media sales.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales execution.
  • Strong familiarity with the CPG ecosystem and digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools like Outreach or Gong.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts like ROAS, attribution, and incrementality.
  • Must be based in the US to support the team and client base.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a BDR/SDR or high-activity hunting role.
  • Familiarity with commerce enablement platforms such as MikMak, SmartCommerce, or Pear.
  • Experience with ValueSelling methodology.
