What you will do

• Own the full deal lifecycle from initial credit paper to drawdown.
• Review financial accounts, FDD, and covenant models to mitigate risks.
• Write incisive credit recommendations for the Credit Committee.
• Attend Credit Committee meetings and engage directly with borrowers.
• Oversee loan execution including documentation, security, and controls.
• Support portfolio management through annual reviews and covenant resets.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in credit risk or corporate lending.
• Strong expertise in SME cashflow lending, sponsor finance, and leveraged finance.
• Deep technical knowledge of credit risk models including RWA, PD, and LGD.
• Proven ability to challenge deal teams and hold positions under scrutiny.
• Excellent financial analysis skills and understanding of working capital mechanics.
