What you will do
- Partner with sales reps on complex deals, including custom demonstrations, RFPs, and trial management.
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and documents to showcase the product in the context of the prospect's business.
- Advise prospects on business process best practices, acting as a consultative partner.
- Own the end-to-end trial experience, from enablement to managing multiple stakeholders.
- Identify and produce self-serve assets (tours, presentations) to increase overall sales productivity.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate prospect feedback into knowledge and content.
Requirements

- Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity under pressure.
- Credibility and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from CFOs to project coordinators.
- Curiosity about the market and a proactive approach to product learning.
- Location: Must be based in or near Manchester for hybrid work.
