What you will do

  • Partner with sales reps on complex deals, including custom demonstrations, RFPs, and trial management.
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and documents to showcase the product in the context of the prospect's business.
  • Advise prospects on business process best practices, acting as a consultative partner.
  • Own the end-to-end trial experience, from enablement to managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Identify and produce self-serve assets (tours, presentations) to increase overall sales productivity.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate prospect feedback into knowledge and content.

Requirements

  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on solving actual problems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity under pressure.
  • Credibility and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from CFOs to project coordinators.
  • Curiosity about the market and a proactive approach to product learning.
  • Location: Must be based in or near Manchester for hybrid work.
