What you will do
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for top customers, driving them to value and tying product adoption to success metrics.
- Build deep relationships with key accounts, tracking health, driving renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer by distilling feedback into actionable, scoped requests for product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with sales on handoffs and expansion conversations and with engineering to validate solutions.
- Maintain high-velocity, proactive communication with customers to set expectations and share updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or post-sales role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company.
- Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and define clear success criteria for customers.
- Exceptional communication skills with a default toward over-communication.
- Ability to synthesize messy customer feedback into structured requirements and handle roadmap trade-offs.
- Strong product sense and experience as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.

- Comfortability discussing technical topics such as APIs, webhooks, integrations, and workflows.
