Location: Hybrid (Petersfield, UK); requires travel to venues across the UK including London, Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester, and Scotland.

What you will do

  • Plan and manage the end-to-end operational delivery of training days and events.
  • Coordinate venue bookings, accommodation, catering, travel, and materials dispatch.
  • Manage delegate numbers, send joining instructions, and prepare attendee packs.
  • Support the tutor team by managing diaries and distributing post-event appraisals.
  • Attend and run events on-site at various venues across the UK.
  • Handle general email enquiries and resolve customer escalations professionally.

Requirements

  • Experience in event operations, coordination, or a similar administrative role.
  • Proven customer service experience, including handling escalations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Physical stamina for event days, involving long hours and manual handling.
  • Ability to travel to multiple UK locations (London, Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester, and Scotland).
