What you will do
- Oversee operations across a core TAG location, as well as provide oversight across other offices in the same region.
- Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
- Be the first point of contact for visitors to the office.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems.
- Coordinate meetings, office events, and any catering or refreshments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workplace Manager, Office Manager, or relevant role.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Google Suite and office management software, particularly with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Self-starter, independent thinker - able to work autonomously.
- Personable, helpful, professional, kind, and honest attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Experience within a fast-paced, fast-growth Tech start-up environment.
- Fluent in English and one of our regional office location languages (Greek, German, Croatian, Spanish, etc).
