What you will do
- Identify and acquire new dealers, clients, architects, and designers to drive business growth.
- Expand and strengthen existing customer relationships to increase sales turnover.
- Develop and execute market-specific sales and marketing strategies for the Singapore region.
- Position the company and partner brands as leading lighting providers among key stakeholders.
- Provide professional product and technical support to clients and partners.
- Plan, monitor, and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline development.
Requirements
- Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Architecture, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in lighting, design, or construction-related industries.
- Strong existing network in Singapore’s design and lighting ecosystem.
- Fluent in English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
- Proficiency in German.
