What you will do

  • Identify and acquire new dealers, clients, architects, and designers to drive business growth.
  • Expand and strengthen existing customer relationships to increase sales turnover.
  • Develop and execute market-specific sales and marketing strategies for the Singapore region.
  • Position the company and partner brands as leading lighting providers among key stakeholders.
  • Provide professional product and technical support to clients and partners.
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline development.

Requirements

  • Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Architecture, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in lighting, design, or construction-related industries.
  • Strong existing network in Singapore’s design and lighting ecosystem.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in German.
