What you will do

• Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations for CXO and VP-level audiences within major enterprise accounts.
• Design and execute Proof of Value (PoV) engagements to build client confidence and accelerate deal closure.
• Translate client requirements into practical solution architectures using the hirify.global product portfolio, specifically Geneos and hirify.global Analytics.
• Position hirify.global against competitive offerings such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and Datadog, highlighting differentiation in capital markets infrastructure.
• Provide subject matter expertise on hirify.global Analytics, Geneos, and DEM to support strategic account growth and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on direct customer feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Customer Solutions Engineering, Presales, or Sales Engineering role within enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring or observability tools (e.g., Geneos, Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, Nagios).
• Working knowledge of SRE concepts, including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and incident workflows.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Linux, and Windows administration for software installation and troubleshooting.
• Scripting and programming experience in Shell, Python, or Java.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services technology, such as application support or trading infrastructure.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.
• Exposure to Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) or end-user experience management.
