Compensation: $230,000 – $300,000 OTE + Equity

hirify.global is building a modern cloud platform for developers to create AI-native, full-stack applications, aiming to eliminate the tradeoff between hyperscaler power and developer-friendly simplicity.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery with prospects to uncover infrastructure requirements and architect paths to hirify.global.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations and run PoC deployments for complex production workloads, including LLM-powered apps.
• Act as the primary technical expert for customers migrating from Heroku, handling complex multi-dyno architectures.
• Develop migration playbooks, demo environments, and POC templates to reduce time-to-value.
• Manage technical objections and competitive comparisons against AWS, GCP, Railway, and Fly.io.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and provide structured product input to the Engineering and Product teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales at a cloud infrastructure or PaaS company.
• Deep hands-on familiarity with major PaaS platforms (e.g., Heroku, hirify.global, Railway, Fly.io).
• Proficiency in the modern web stack: web servers, Postgres, CI/CD pipelines, and container-based deployments.
• Ability to write and debug code in Python, Ruby, Node.js, or Go.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: private networking, egress control, TLS, and custom domains.
• Must be based in the United States; not eligible for new visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Direct experience migrating production workloads from Heroku to alternative platforms.
• Experience with AI/ML workloads: LLM inference, GPU compute, or vector databases.
• Background in technical content creation, such as architecture blog posts or tutorials.
• Exposure to IaC tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Experience in a quota-carrying pre-sales role at a high-velocity startup.
