What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives and channel partners to evaluate technical requirements and achieve sales goals.
- Own all presales technical activities, providing high-quality presentations, demonstrations, and evaluations for customers.
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions utilizing the portfolio.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to increase product awareness.
- Represent as a technical focal point at external events in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Coach and support other Sales Engineers to enhance the overall team's capabilities.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in technical sales, support, or services.
- Professional level Japanese (written and spoken) and intermediate level English (written) proficiency.
- Advanced proficiency with Apple technology (MacOS and iOS) and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Knowledge of security architecture, endpoint security, identity management, and networking (VPN, ZTNA, SD-WAN).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Ability to travel up to 30%, including international travel.
