TL;DR

Sales Engineer III (Apple Ecosystem): Partnering with account executives and channel partners to evaluate technical requirements and present solutions for Apple device management with an accent on pre-sales activities and technical demonstrations. Location: Hybrid (Tokyo); Must be based in the Kanto area, Japan and have sponsorship to live and work in Japan

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives and channel partners to evaluate technical requirements and achieve sales goals.
  • Own all presales technical activities, providing high-quality presentations, demonstrations, and evaluations for customers.
  • Translate customer requirements into technical solutions utilizing the hirify.global portfolio.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to increase product awareness.
  • Represent hirify.global as a technical focal point at external events in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Coach and support other Sales Engineers to enhance the overall team's capabilities.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in technical sales, support, or services.
  • Professional level Japanese (written and spoken) and intermediate level English (written) proficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency with Apple technology (MacOS and iOS) and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Knowledge of security architecture, endpoint security, identity management, and networking (VPN, ZTNA, SD-WAN).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, including international travel.
