TL;DR

Sales Director (InsurTech): Owning a U.S. Property & Casualty territory to drive ARR growth through new logo wins and account expansion with an accent on enterprise SaaS sales to high-level insurance executives. Focus on running complex sales cycles, translating insurance-specific pain points into ROI narratives, and leveraging a partner ecosystem to accelerate pipeline.

What you will do

  • Own ARR growth in the U.S. P&C territory, delivering new logo wins and account expansion against annual quotas.
  • Prospect and hunt strategic accounts including Tier 1 and Tier 2 carriers, MGAs, and reinsurers.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles ($150K - $1M+ ACV) using MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
  • Develop executive-ready ROI narratives for CFOs and CUOs by quantifying operational inefficiencies and model risk.
  • Collaborate with the partner network to accelerate the sales pipeline and shorten sales cycles.
  • Provide market insights to product and marketing teams regarding rating modernization and AI in underwriting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA (East Coast / New Jersey preferred).
  • 3-6+ years of Enterprise B2B sales experience selling SaaS or InsurTech to U.S. insurance buyers.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. Property & Casualty (P&C) distribution, underwriting workflows, and regulatory dynamics.
  • Proven track record of meeting quotas ($500K–$2M new ARR) with deal sizes up to $1M+ ACV.
  • Experience closing at least one $500K+ ACV deal in the last 24 months.
  • Disciplined use of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.

Nice to have

  • Prior carrier-side experience in actuarial, underwriting, pricing, or IT.
  • P&C designations such as CPCU, AINS, or ARe.
  • Experience selling into specialty / E&S markets or to MGAs.
  • Existing network of U.S. P&C decision-makers and ecosystem partners.
