What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for a global team.
• Oversee hardware procurement, lifecycle management, and MDM solutions.
• Administer identity and access management systems and troubleshoot user access issues.
• Ensure organizational security compliance and implement end-user device security practices.
• Maintain office IT infrastructure, including WiFi and conferencing systems.
• Collaborate with HR to align IT policies and manage vendor integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or administration.
• EU nationality is a must for travel across international office locations.
• Proficiency with MDM tools and identity/access systems like Okta or Azure AD.
• Strong understanding of IT security and networking principles.
• Expertise in troubleshooting macOS hardware and software.
• Ability and availability to travel internationally within the EU and to the US.
