What you will do

• Develop and lead a high-performing remote team to achieve Division revenue targets.
• Execute annual business plans and manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Establish professional relationships with internal functional leaders and market-leading customers.
• Identify key decision-makers, qualify leads, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Negotiate proposals and manage the contract closure process.
• Maintain stable customer relationships and proactively identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences (preferably biology or chemistry).
• 5+ years of industry experience and at least 7 years of business development experience.
• Experience in CRO is required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and leading remote workers.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and passport for required travel.

• Broad understanding of discovery biology leading to candidate selection and preclinical development.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
