What you will do
- Drive revenue growth by introducing new and strategic technology offerings to key accounts.
- Lead the customer-facing execution for commercializing emerging technologies, including positioning, value propositions, and pricing.
- Nurture senior-level relationships with strategic customers, partners, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Manage post-acquisition commercial integration to realize revenue synergies and total deal model achievement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, and Operations to translate technical capabilities into market-ready offerings.
- Provide voice-of-customer and competitive insights to inform M&A priorities and technology investments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or biomedical markets.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and team revenue targets in complex B2B environments.
- Demonstrated success commercializing new technologies and translating technical capabilities into customer value.
- Bachelor's degree in health, science, or business (MBA highly desirable).
- Strong executive presence with an established network of KOLs in relevant markets.
- Ability to travel moderately (approximately 25–40%).
