What you will do

• Lead identification and acquisition of new enterprise clients in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medtech.
• Execute strategic outbound initiatives and executive-level networking within regulatory and quality affairs communities.
• Conduct discovery meetings with VP/Head-level stakeholders to understand submission bottlenecks and compliance requirements.
• Develop tailored proposals demonstrating how Scribe accelerates regulatory document production while maintaining human control.
• Collaborate with delivery and product teams to ensure successful client onboarding and measurable impact.
• Mentor and develop junior business development professionals to build domain expertise in Life Sciences.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in business development, client engagement, or strategic consulting within the Life Sciences sector.
• Proven ability to drive enterprise client acquisition in complex, regulated industries, ideally selling AI or software solutions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory submission processes (CTD, CSR, APQR, GVD) and frameworks (FDA, EMA, GxP).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with VP and C-level stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; German or French is considered a strong plus.
