Salary: $190,000 - $234,000 (Raleigh) / 172,000 - 215,000 CAD (Toronto)

What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Platform, leading a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and QA.
• Lead platform optimization efforts to increase development velocity and output quality.
• Engage with enterprise and SMB customers to validate solutions and uncover real-world needs.
• Design scalable solutions and communicate technical tradeoffs to internal stakeholders.
• Integrate AI and ML to innovate and improve both internal and external product experiences.
• Define and track customer-driven KPIs to support revenue and retention goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the technology industry.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading complex cross-cutting platform initiatives and building end-to-end experiences.
• Strong familiarity with enterprise software considerations and non-functional requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools for data-driven decision making.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
