What you will do

• Map user journeys and identify friction points through structured product walkthroughs.
• Synthesize user feedback from reviews, support, and research into actionable insights.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of growth initiatives, including landing pages and compliance-driven features.
• Drive A/B testing, funnel analysis, and experiment design to optimize user conversion.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality user experiences.
• Coordinate with the China-based engineering team to ensure tight execution and delivery.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB), product management, or product/business operations.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
• Willingness to flex working hours to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours.
• Strong analytical foundation and ability to pressure-test hypotheses using quantitative data.
• Exceptional structured thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast without losing rigor.
