What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development for the AI platform and customer experiences from roadmap to rollout.
• Partner with engineers to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
• Serve as the technical translator between engineering and the broader organization to establish AI standards.
• Drive systematic improvements in answer quality and automation rates through rigorous experimentation.
• Collaborate with OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup.
• Proven interest and practical experience with modern LLM systems.
• Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs in API design and system architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL to analyze data and validate hypotheses.
• Track record of turning complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada
