What you will do

• Join an existing product team to learn how products are built, including customer research and product specification.
• Incubate new vertical business lines, build out different phases, and launch new products.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product ideas.
• Build and test new features in weekly sprints.
• Work with software engineers and designers to bring new products to market.
• Hire and build a team for the new business line you create.

Requirements

• Think in systems and first principles to understand customer behavior and market dynamics.
• Obsessed with the story behind the numbers and investigate anomalies until resolved.
• 2+ years of post-MBA experience (or equivalent) at a top-tier firm.
• Comfortable juggling multiple complex projects and transitioning from advising to owning.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking, or a high-growth startup environment.
• Comfortable running complex data analysis without needing a data scientist.
• Track record of turning ambiguous problems into concrete results.
• Comfortable interacting with executives on a daily basis.
