What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term strategy and roadmap for core platform systems, including policy administration, billing, and payment infrastructure.
• Act as the primary product owner for platform initiatives, aligning engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Lead discovery efforts for complex, ambiguous platform challenges to ensure clear problem definition.
• Own and evolve the API strategy to ensure reliable, versioned, and scalable interfaces.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver solutions from concept through production.
• Manage key vendor relationships, including payment processors and third-party platform providers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years in product management for software or platform products.
• Proven experience with platform, infrastructure, or API-driven products in fintech, insurtech, or regulated environments.
• Experience leading large-scale platform modernization or migration initiatives.
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage in architecture and system design discussions.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide product decisions and measure impact.
