What you will do

• Lead partnership strategy and executive engagement with strategic card and payment networks.
• Identify, negotiate, and operationalize new partnership opportunities and commercial agreements.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to influence the strategic roadmap for card and payment solutions.
• Manage cross-functional execution for new card product launches, coordinating with Compliance, Fraud, and Support.
• Develop GTM programs to accelerate card adoption and increase spend volume.
• Serve as an enterprise subject matter expert on card operations and payments infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in payments, card programs, fintech, or strategic leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of card ecosystems, payment networks, and issuing platforms.
• Proven success in managing complex enterprise partnerships and negotiating high-impact commercial agreements.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders in high-growth environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Must be based in Toronto for a hybrid work arrangement.
