Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management or technical leadership within imaging, optics, or spectroscopy.
• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Engineering, Physics, Optics, Computer Vision, or related scientific discipline.
• Deep understanding of hyperspectral imaging or spectrometer-based systems.
• Proven track record of translating complex technical capabilities into market-ready products.
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
• Must be based in Canada.
