What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Connected Asset Maintenance product area.
• Conduct deep field research with maintenance directors and technicians to derive product conviction.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery and design to launch and iteration.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to build world-class UX and system architectures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive GTM and strategic deals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software product management experience, specifically building new products from early stages.
• Must be residing in Canada.
• Proven track record of deep customer engagement and turning insights into successful products.
• Strong technical fluency in data models, APIs, and system architecture.
• Active daily use of AI tools to accelerate research, specs, and prototyping.
• Excellent communication and writing skills for enterprise customers and executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B enterprise products with high ARR ($100K+).
• Founder experience or early-stage startup background.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
