What you will do
- Perform needs and task analyses to diagnose business growth opportunities and training gaps.
- Develop multi-modal learning assets, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, ILT decks, and Articulate Storyline courses.
- Act as a trusted design advisor to operations directors and senior leaders across the enterprise.
- Utilize generative AI tools for prototyping outlines, drafting storyboards, and creating multimedia assets.
- Maintain and update the content library to ensure accuracy as the business evolves.
- Facilitate pilot sessions for new materials and mentor junior designers to set creative standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on corporate instructional design experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, or equivalent.
- Expert-level proficiency with eLearning technology (e.g., Articulate) and working knowledge of audio/video editing.
- Deep command of adult learning theory and instructional design models.
- Proven experience using generative AI tools within the design process.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- ATD Master Instructional Designer or CPTD certification.
- Background in financial services, fintech, or high-volume operations environments.
