Location: Remote (Must be based in Colombia)

Salary: CA$70,000 – CA$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide technical support to new implementation, services, and sales partners.
• Deliver deep technical expertise on the integration, configuration, and customization of the hirify.global platform.
• Support technical discussions and answer partner questions during office hours and trainings.
• Guide the configuration of hirify.global to support complex use cases and identify technical solutions.
• Provide expertise on hirify.global API, integration best practices, and data import, including analytics support.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to drive product solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• 3-5+ years of experience implementing and integrating software solutions, ideally in Billing, CRM, or ERP domains.
• Strong Salesforce administration and Apex experience.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented technologies and strong PL/SQL skills.
• Experience with REST API, web services, and automation platforms like Tray.io.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Nice to have

• Previous consulting experience implementing software solutions.
• Experience in Order-To-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), and/or General Ledger (GL).
