What you will do

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Clay platform, designing and maintaining scalable workflows and automations.
• Orchestrate data from internal and external sources to enrich accounts and develop signal prioritization models for sales teams.
• Design and maintain critical integrations between Clay and Salesforce to ensure data synchronization and quality.
• Automate GTM processes including prospecting, account prioritization, territory planning, and lead qualification.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align data models and CRM processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business systems, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Clay and SFDC CRM is mandatory.
• Fluent English proficiency is a must.
• Strong understanding of business processes and a results-driven, ownership-oriented mindset.

• Experience working within the software industry.
