What you will do
- Design and launch the sales enablement function, including strategy, frameworks, and team structure.
- Develop a multi-year roadmap aligned with revenue and product evolution to ensure scalability.
- Create high-impact resources such as playbooks, battle cards, demo scripts, and certification programs tailored to AI/ML solutions.
- Partner with product, marketing, and sales leadership to embed enablement across the entire sales lifecycle.
- Establish KPIs and use analytics to refine initiatives and prove ROI on win rates and cycle efficiency.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing enablement team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading sales enablement in fast-growing tech companies.
- Mastery of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale) and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Proven track record of designing long-term enablement strategies and influencing executives.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to optimize enablement efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in AI/ML or enterprise software sales.
- Certification in sales enablement or instructional design.
- Experience scaling enablement in hyper-growth environments.
