What you will do

• Lead the European TIDES Discovery business development team to identify and secure new drug discovery opportunities.
• Manage strategic relationships with key accounts and present services at industry conferences.
• Collaborate with global leadership to execute growth strategies for the oligonucleotide and peptide (O&P) business.
• Drive marketing initiatives, including webinar registrations and trade show presence.
• Analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies to refine service offerings.
• Maintain comprehensive lead and account data within CRM systems.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO environments.
• At least 5 years of experience leading multi-national teams including senior members.
• Professional degree in science or pharmaceuticals (M.S. required, PhD preferred).
• Legal right to work in Germany.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales growth objectives.
• Strong scientific expertise and deep insight into new drug development.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
