What you will do

• Lead a global organization of Technical Consultants, Migration Engineers, and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs).
• Own post-sales technical execution, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and scalable customer deployments.
• Serve as a hands-on leader in Salesforce platform architecture, including Apex, data modeling, and CPQ/Billing integrations.
• Build and enforce technical standards, playbooks, and certification requirements for a partner-led delivery model.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies for CPQ, billing, and historical subscription data.
• Implement AI tools and agent-based workflows to accelerate debugging and improve overall execution quality.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA or Canada.
• 10–15+ years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or field engineering.
• 5+ years of experience leading post-sales technical or delivery teams.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture (Apex, data modeling, integrations).
• Proven experience with CPQ and Billing implementations on Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash workflows and Enterprise SaaS implementations.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting partner-led delivery models or global/offshore delivery teams.
• Background in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Experience with usage-based billing or complex pricing models.
