What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Salesforce developers, managing performance and growth planning.
• Partner with the Director of Salesforce Development and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize work and align delivery timelines.
• Establish and reinforce Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and release processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand challenges, gather requirements, and design effective technical solutions.
• Drive platform architecture discussions to ensure scalable and maintainable solution design.
• Promote strong development lifecycle practices, including code reviews, source control, and CI/CD processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of experience in IT, including experience leading or managing technical teams.
• 6+ years of Salesforce Development experience (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL).
• Deep expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, APIs, and platform best practices.
• Experience with Git-based development workflows and CI/CD tools.
• Proven experience in system integration (4+ years) and project management (5+ years).
