Business Development Manager (TIDES Discovery)

Location: Remote (US). Candidates in the Northeast or California/West Coast are preferred.

What you will do

• Prospect and cultivate business relationships with oligonucleotide and peptide drug development companies.
• Manage and grow key accounts within WuXi Chemistry to achieve PO targets.
• Qualify leads and collaborate with technical teams to complete RFQs and RFPs.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and webinars to promote TIDES Discovery services.
• Monitor industry trends, funding, and regulatory changes to inform BD strategies.
• Document all client interactions and lead progress in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in chemistry or a related science field (Ph.D. preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in new drug development or the CRO/CMO industry.
• Proven track record of meeting sales growth objectives.
• Ability to travel up to 35%.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office.
