This is not a traditional sales role. It is a core business growth position designed for a high-performing, entrepreneurial professional who can help build and shape our business development function from the ground up. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients, drive revenue growth, and establish scalable outbound sales processes. This role requires a high level of ownership and accountability, where your individual performance directly impacts the company’s growth.

(1) Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
- Conduct market research and identify target client segments
- Execute outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects Identify and engage potential clients to create business opportunities
(2) Client Acquisition & Conversion
- Conduct discovery calls and assess client needs
- Present company services and communicate value propositions
- Convert prospects into signed contracts and revenue-generating clients
(3) Sales Strategy & Process Optimization
- Develop, test, and refine outreach scripts, messaging, and value propositions
- Optimize email campaigns and outbound strategies
(4) Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Support client retention and repeat business
- Identify upselling opportunities where applicable
(5) Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients Track pipeline performance, sales activities, and business outcomes
- Report on KPIs and recommend process improvements
Your performance will be evaluated based on the following:
- Number of qualified leads generated per week
- Outreach activity volume (calls/emails) and response rate
- Conversion rate (lead → client)
- Monthly revenue contribution
- Pipeline consistency and growth
- Client retention and repeat business
- Responsible for executing and improving outbound sales processes
- Authorized to propose improvements to messaging, scripts, and workflows
- Final decisions on pricing, contracts, and strategic direction remain with management
- Fully remote position
- Must be available during EST business hours
- Expected to work independently with regular performance check-ins
- Probation period ranges from 2 weeks to 1 month
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in cold calling and email outreach
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining consistent outreach
This role requires strong ownership, accountability, and consistent execution.

- Base Salary: Paid monthly in USD (stable and consistent)
- Performance Incentives: Eligibility after successful 3-month performance review
- Quarterly incentive payments based on performance
