What you will do

• Lead project planning, implementation, and monitoring to ensure objectives are met within budget and schedule.
• Serve as the primary liaison for client communications and manage day-to-day project interactions.
• Support business development by preparing proposals, attending customer visits, and representing the company at conferences.
• Coordinate with technical teams to investigate issues and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and track action items for project stakeholders.
• Evaluate project results and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Masters or PhD in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or CMO industry.
• Proven track record in project management or managing external research collaborations.
• Must be based in the United States, with a preference for the Pacific time zone.
• Ability to travel for business purposes.
