What you will do

• Lead development of project plans and oversee daily contract operations.
• Manage and oversee the performance of sub-contractors and consultants.
• Coordinate national and topical training sessions and forums for T&TA activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract inquiries and client project management discussions.
• Develop and present innovative ideas to expand capacity for sexual risk avoidance grant recipients.
• Track and manage multiple concurrent tasks under federal government contracts.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing and directing federal contracts.
• Significant experience managing adolescent programs.
• Specialized knowledge and experience in abstinence and sexual risk avoidance education.
• Proven ability to select and manage sub-contractors and consultants.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service, and project management.
