What you will do

• Lead full-service clinical projects independently, ensuring adherence to study budgets and scopes of work.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and providing regular status updates.
• Oversee all functional areas including data management, safety, medical monitoring, and biostatistics.
• Coordinate cross-functional study teams and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and review study documentation such as protocols, project plans, and site budgets.
• Participate in proposal strategy, development, and bid defense activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hungary
• Degree in life sciences or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of industry experience with at least 4 years in full-service clinical project management within a CRO.
• Proven experience managing clinical trials within Oncology.
• Strong working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development processes.
• English proficiency required (written and spoken).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
