Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Chemical or Manufacturing industry.
• Solid foundation in Chemistry principles and practical industrial applications.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable plans.
• Proven ability to influence and engage Senior Leaders.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
