What you will do

• Mentor, manage, and coach SSU personnel to maintain high quality standards.
• Oversee individual career development and conduct routine 1:1 management meetings.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, working guidelines, and all regulatory requirements.
• Manage resource allocation and FTE distribution per project against budgets.
• Participate in the recruitment, CV review, and onboarding process for new staff.
• Develop and implement robust operational standards and processes for the SSU team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in clinical research, specifically in Site Start-up.
• Proven experience in line management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical software (CTMS, eTMF, EDC).
