TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (SaaS): Serving as a strategic technical advisor for enterprise customers to help them adopt, integrate, and scale hirify.global across complex technical environments with an accent on API usage, system integrations, and design-to-code workflows. Focus on reducing technical risk, accelerating adoption, and translating technical concepts into business value for executive stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in the Tokyo hub and attend in-person onboarding

What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic technical advisor for enterprise customers to align hirify.global adoption with business and technical goals.
  • Lead structured technical engagements to assess customer environments, identify risks, and provide implementation guidance.
  • Guide customers through enterprise API usage and system integrations to extend platform capabilities.
  • Partner with developer teams to optimize design-to-code workflows, including Dev Mode adoption.
  • Deliver technical workshops and training sessions on sophisticated platform features.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer experience, and product teams to provide cohesive technical guidance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or enterprise customer success within a SaaS organization.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, and identity management frameworks.
  • Experience implementing AI-powered solutions and evaluating architectural considerations for AI technologies.
  • Professional fluency in both English and Japanese is required.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with hirify.global or other design and developer collaboration tools.
  • Experience authoring AI guideline/instruction files for MCP servers or AI agents.
  • Background in frontend development or familiarity with design-to-code workflows.
  • Experience delivering technical workshops or advisory services.
