What you will do

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers based in Japan.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications to resolve queries using deep product knowledge.
• Identify unique customer needs and deliver strategic business plans to help key accounts scale.
• Articulate the value of the product portfolio, including pricing and services.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure smooth client handovers post-contract.

Requirements

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles.
• Experience within the e-commerce or logistics industry.
• Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with G-Suite, MS Office, and industry-standard CRM or data analytics software.
• Must be able to work on-site in Tokyo.
