Media Operations Manager

Location: Fully remote; open to candidates globally

Salary: $50,000–$110,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.

What you will do

• Build workflows, operating rhythms, standards, and accountability systems for media buying teams.
• Manage Team Leads, Media Buyers, and Media Analysts while connecting individual performance to team and client outcomes.
• Identify bottlenecks, recurring errors, communication gaps, and manual work, then improve processes through tools, automation, and documentation.
• Monitor team capacity and recommend account allocation, hiring, staffing, and resource changes as client volume shifts.
• Coach Team Leads and high-potential Media Buyers to develop the next layer of leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.
• Strong e-commerce experience and knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media platforms.
• Experience managing Media Buyers, Analysts, Team Leads, or similar professionals.
• Experience building or improving operating processes, team workflows, performance management, and team development.
• Experience managing team capacity and resource allocation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
