What you will do

• Own the end-to-end billing platform, including claims generation, invoicing, and internal tooling for revenue cycle and accounting teams.
• Define and execute the billing product strategy to align with company growth and operational goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, revenue cycle, accounting, and commercial teams to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to reduce billing errors, streamline workflows, and improve collection rates.
• Manage the team backlog and write clear product requirements for high-impact solutions.
• Apply AI and machine learning approaches to improve billing operations and enhance user interactions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 3+ years of product management experience.
• 7+ years of total experience in market/product strategy, software development, consulting, or business operations.
• Prior experience with the B2B problem space in healthcare (e.g., Billing, Eligibility, Coverage).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering results against target metrics.
