What you will do
- Develop and present comprehensive paid social media plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end setup and optimization of paid social campaigns across various platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot, and optimize to improve results.
- Produce detailed performance reports, deliver valuable insights, and provide recommendations to clients.
- Act as a key social point-of-contact for clients, ensuring confidence in the team’s output.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media partners (Meta, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Assist with the effective management and prioritization of junior team members' workloads.
- Identify opportunities for testing and innovation in the paid social space, securing client backing.
Requirements
- Experience working in a digital marketing or agency-based role.
- Track record of working with clients or external stakeholders.
- Extensive experience setting up and optimising paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, and TikTok.
- Experience planning large-scale paid social campaigns with brand and direct-response objectives.
- Comfortable presenting to clients and leading calls.
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Experience compiling detailed end-of-campaign reports and client review presentations.
- Some experience line managing individuals or training others in paid social.
