What you will do

• Execute and optimize day-to-day paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage client reporting and weekly updates, translating complex results into plain language tied to business goals.
• Maintain data quality and technical health, including pixels, CAPI, event mapping, and UTM alignment.
• Run controlled A/B tests and pilots to refine creative strategies and audience targeting.
• Collaborate with Creative and Analytics teams to reduce creative fatigue and improve innovation cycles.
• Utilize Bliss Point signals to guide daily optimizations and reduce non-converting spend.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Paid Social execution with hands-on expertise in Meta Ads buying.
• Proficiency with GA4 and platform analytics to translate data into actionable next steps.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
• Must be based in Mexico City to support a hybrid work arrangement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience buying ads on TikTok, Pinterest Performance+, Snapchat, Reddit, or LinkedIn.
