TL;DR

Director, Data Strategy (Adobe Analytics): Leading the intersection of data strategy and analytics innovation to streamline access to high-quality marketing data with an accent on scalable frameworks and data pipelines. Focus on driving game-changing performance for enterprise clients and automating analytics services via the Polaris product roadmap.

Location: Remote (United States). This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Salary: $140,000 – $175,000

What you will do

  • Lead and evolve the Data Strategy & Analytics service offering to improve marketing data access for delivery teams.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor to senior clients, guiding data-driven decisions for media and creative strategies.
  • Partner with Product teams to ideate and influence the product roadmap for Polaris to automate analytics services.
  • Oversee a team of Data Strategists and manage a book of business to deliver high-quality measurement frameworks.
  • Define and implement standardized approaches to taxonomy governance and KPI frameworks.
  • Pitch new business opportunities by articulating the value of proprietary Polaris solutions and data services.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital analytics, data strategy, or marketing analytics leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics, RTCDP, and the Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Proficiency with marketing tech ecosystems including Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Looker, dbt, GCP, and AWS.
  • Experience with measurement models such as MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills to bridge technical and business perspectives.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Media Buying.
  • Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and data visualization tools.
  • Experience leading analytics teams within a performance marketing or digital agency environment.
