What you will do
- Lead data strategy and analytics for a portfolio of Retail brands, managing senior client stakeholders and acting as a point of escalation.
- Develop comprehensive retail-focused measurement strategies and actionable roadmaps based on business goals.
- Translate complex analytics and data into clear, cohesive insights for executive-level audiences.
- Guide the development roadmap of the internal technology platform, Kip, by establishing feedback loops of client needs.
- Inspire, coach, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 5-10+ staff across multiple locations.
- Support new business growth by providing expertise in pitches and RFPs.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience with Retail Media Networks (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel).
- Hands-on experience with data clean rooms, specifically Amazon Marketing Cloud or similar platforms like LiveRamp.
- Proficiency in advanced analytics and modeling including forecasting, MMM, LTV, and incrementality experimentation.
- Experience with modern marketing data infrastructure, including ETL tools, data storage, and querying solutions.
- Understanding of adtech influence on targeting, specifically CDPs and online-to-offline solutions.
- 6-8 years of experience working with major digital media platforms (Google Marketing Platform, Meta, LinkedIn) across Search, Display, Social, Video, and Email.
