Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $230,000–$275,000 base + Equity + Benefits

What you will do

• Manage and grow high-performing data analytics and engineering teams through hiring and mentorship.
• Define and execute the data platform strategy in alignment with executive leadership and organizational goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, growth, marketing, and sales to derive insights from user data.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve data modeling, governance, and accessibility.
• Build technical and semantic infrastructure to support internal natural language agents and automation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working on data teams powering consumer-facing products.
• 4+ years of experience in hiring and managing data analysts, engineers, and scientists.
• Strong technical proficiency with Snowflake, Sigma, Mixpanel, dbt, and Looker.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance quantitative and qualitative data.
• Must be able to work from the San Francisco office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-paced Enterprise SaaS startups with self-serve motions.
• Proven track record of driving step-function changes in data strategy using AI tooling.
• Experience deploying machine learning models in production.
