What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring research findings are delivered with strategic context.
• Design and launch large-scale surveys targeting hundreds of thousands of Americans.
• Coordinate timelines and priorities between data scientists, engineers, and external stakeholders.
• Analyze data to answer specific questions from political strategists and clients.
• Provide product feedback to engineering teams to improve internal and external tools.
• Identify real trends versus potential bugs in data to flag for machine learning scientists.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional experience, including internships.
• At least 1 year of experience in a client or external-facing role.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases for exploratory analysis and data quality spotting.
• Basic programming knowledge in R or Python.
• Ability to comfortably explain modeling and regression techniques to non-technical audiences.
• Passion for progressive politics and willingness to engage with the progressive political ecosystem.
