What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for multiple concurrent enterprise implementations from kickoff to stabilization.
• Coordinate with internal Customer Engineers, Product, and Client Engagement teams to track progress and surface blockers.
• Lead client-facing meetings and maintain relationships with platform champions and executive stakeholders.
• Configure platform workflows, profiles, and custom attributes while partnering on data mapping and technical specs.
• Document implementation decisions and contribute to internal playbooks and templates.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in implementation, technical project management, or client-facing SaaS.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders and maintaining project boundaries.
• Technical aptitude to understand data models and system configurations.
• Strong written communication skills for clear, structured updates and trackers.
• Proficiency with JIRA; experience with Smartsheet or Notion is a bonus.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
