What you will do

• Oversee and complete the month-end close process, including journal entries for assigned GL accounts.
• Analyze financial data, budgets, and forecasts to provide strategic insights to the Director of Accounting and Finance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions and monitor daily cash flow and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate annual CPA audits and support year-end income tax reporting and regulatory filings.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate insurance audits, and 1099 submissions.
• Lead the accounting team and implement best practices for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 10+ years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in an Accounting Manager role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in Eagan, MN, or remote within the United States.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, growing, multi-entity environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
